Enhance Image area is very special to us but we understand that not all of our guests are familiar with the area. We’re located next to top spin across from Lazy Boy. Directions can be found on under the "Contact Us" tab.

Honor Your Time
Please give yourself plenty of time so that you can arrive relaxed and ready for your treatment. We suggest you arrive at least 15-20 fashionably early minutes before your treatment to check in and change clothes. As a courtesy to others, please remember that if your treatment is delayed because of late arrival, it will end as scheduled so that the next guest isn’t inconvenienced.

Help us out
A credit card is required to reserve your appointment, and we appreciate your respect of our 24-hour and 48-hour cancellation policy. There will be a full charge for changes and non-cancelled appointments within 24-hours for single treatments and 48-hours for multiple or couples treatments. Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of these policies

Please turn cell phones to silent and speak quietly while in the spa.

Minors at the Spa
Minors between 16 and 18 can receive facial treatments (no massage or body treatments). An adult must accompany the minor and a parent must sign a treatment release. No children are allowed in our spa due to enjoyment of others to fully relax.

What to wear
All VIP Guests will receive a spa robe and slippers to wear between treatments and a locker for your personal belongings. Please disrobe to your level of comfort. Undergarments may be worn during treatments, but rest assured our therapists are highly trained in correct draping procedures for your complete privacy.

Take Care of Your Valuables
Please remove all jewelry and leave your valuables at home Enhance Image Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Health Matters
Please inform us of any health conditions at the time of booking your appointment. These include: high blood pressure, heart condition, allergies or pregnancy. You will also be asked to complete a medical history form upon arrival at the spa so your spa therapist can better customize your experience to your needs.

Your Happiness Matters
If you are not fully satisfied with a product, please return it with the receipt within 10 days and we’ll exchange the product or issue you a Enhance Image Spa credit in the form of a Gift Certificate.

Enhance Image Spa gift certificates, membership options and series packages are available for purchase online through our website or at the spa. Your gift of wellness can be beautifully wrapped for Holidays or any special occasion and picked up or mailed FedEx. Gift certificates, Series Packages and Spa Membership options may not be redeemed for cash, transferred or replaced if lost or stolen. Series Packages cannot be exchanged for other services, are non-refundable, non-transferable and expire one year from date of purchase. Pricing is subject to change without notice.
